I’ve been thinking a lot about what class I want to be. I mean I’m going to be playing this character a lot so I want it to be something I really enjoy. In other games such as a WoW, I always chose the damage melee classes so the Rogues in the case of AoC. I’m not sure if I still want to go down that route. I’ve been looking at the other classes and none of them seem to appeal to me. The casters aren’t really in the thick of it and neither are the Ranger. I want to be in the middle, decapitating peoples heads off at will. I want to have the killing blow and to have the highest dps. So bollocks to what I just said about me not wanting to be A rogue. Ok, now that that is sorted, do I choose:
- Assassin
- Barbarian
- Ranger
Personally I’m edging towards the Assassin. It sounds exciting and brutal just from the name itself, And according Wiki page on it It sounds quite snazzy.
Ithink my mind is made up, I’m going to level up the Assassin to level 20, then if I’m not 100% sure give the Barbarian a go. The Barbarian can do lots of damage and take it as well, giving a good balance to that class.
If you are not sure about what to choose and don’t want to make the wrong choice I advice you to level up you chosen class to at least 20 before making your mind. Never roll a character and quit in the first 10 seconds because “the jump is crap”. You could be discarding the best class for you, even if it looks like a chicken when it jumps that’s not the point.
I hope you have been enlightened by my descision and if you to are undescided, then post in the comments, about what 2 classes you are most unsure about and also describe you’re prefered playing style and I’ll try to help.
You saw how easy it was for me to make up my mind by writing out the options. You should do the same.

If I were to choose I would pick the Conqueror. Probably because they can take more damage and still deal strong attacks.
i would roll a barbarian because they have incredible nice combos stuns knockbacks etc ….
Yeah, I choose Necromancer, then Assassin, then barbarian, and finally demonologists.
